Java ZIP file cannot be read by Windows XP Zip Compressed Folders

The problem you are most likely experiencing has to do with the fact that you are specifying the entire file path to the file when creating the ZipEntry.  Try giving only the file name to Zip Entry.  While most other ZIP readers will not have a problem with this, the Windows Compressed Folders tool seems to fall apart.
