My Zope instance keeps crashing and restarting itself
If you are running Zope 2.9+ with Plone 2.5+, chances are that you have some old CMF content types that are causing trouble.  Take a look at your event.log file, specifically for 'recursion depth exceeded' errors.  Once you identify them, you'll know which content item is causing the problem.  Use the portal_atct type migration tool to migrate your old CMF types to archetypes.
